Civil Transportation Engineer (Binghamton,NY)
Minimum 2-5 yrs. experience with highway design & transportation related projects including NYSDOT and PennDOT assignments.
Strong written / verbal communication skills. Working knowledge of NYSDOT CADD standards, and experience with Microstation,
Inroads, AutoCAD,and Land Development Desktop software preferred.
E.l.T.certification desired.
