Instrument Person/Technician III (Binghamton,NY)

The Instrument Person /Technician III must demonstrate knowledge of current technical standards & survey methodologies,including deisign, ROW, boundary, construction, photocontrol & GPS surveys.The I.P. will be familiar with taking field notes, reading and preparing maps, and the application of standard field equipment,including electronic data collection & computer processing of field data, as well as detailed working knowledge of related computer hardware & software applications. The I.P. will demonstrate an appreciation for surveying ethics, and awareness of professional association,and current technical standards. Compensation: Depending on experience.
