Statewide Subsurface Utility Engineering Regions 1 - 11

This project is providing Subsurface Utility Engineering services on an as-needed basis under two separate Federally Funded Agreements.  Both agreements include NYSDOT Regions 1-11. 

Shumaker Consulting Engineering & Land Surveying, P.C. (SCE) is providing utility mapping based upon field locations and existing records. 

Currently, SCE has completed three (3) tasks under this term agreement.

  • PIN 8393.23 Raymond Avenue Poughkeepsie NY – This project provided topographic, horizontal and vertical survey services to locate utility designation markings, sixty-five (65) utility test holes, and rim elevations on seventy-five (75) catch basins and man holes along Raymond Avenue.
  • NYS Route 12 Utility Mapping – This project provided topographic, horizontal and vertical survey services.
  • PIN 9805.24 NYS Route 10 Culvert over Bob’s Brook Town of Walton County of Delaware NY – This project provided topographic, horizontal and vertical survey services.
